I'm a private-pay practice, which lets me keep our work focused entirely on you — your goals, your pace, your priorities. I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What's a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized receipt for our sessions that you can send to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement. Whether you're reimbursed, and how much, depends on your plan.
If you'd like to use those benefits, it's worth a quick call to your insurer first. Two good questions to ask:
- 01Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?
- 02What's my out-of-network deductible, and how much do you reimburse per session?
